Nigeria Electricity Distribution companies are cheating their customers! (1)

Nigeria Electricity Distribution companies are cheating their customers! (1)
For the umpteenth time, I have been fighting to have a meter provided for my residence, having paid for the meter since 2010 without success. But it is glaring that the Discos will continue to raid and reap off customers through their current billing system which is not transparent but also pinching.  The discos openly claims they have metered the transformers and that it's based on what they captured from that point that they end up sharing for customers.
This billing system only serves to alienate the registered customers due to over billing at the expense of the unregistered service users on the grid, this invariably implies that those who are registered are forced to pay for the unregistered user. Another angle to it, is that Discos staff keep smiling home whenever they come out to carry out power cut through disconnection of customers supplies,
as customers not registered only have to grease their palms.
If indeed they the Discos and Federal government are serious about metering all users, by now all residence supposed to have been served  with application forms to kick start the process of capturing customer data which could lead to reflective usage billing.
 To be concluded.
