The question here is, What parameter did the Discos/ NERC use to arrived at the minimum billing/consumption rate to be allocated to each houses. (1) For the umpteenth time, I have been fighting to have a meter provided for my residence, having paid for the meter since 2010 without success. But it is glaring that the Discos will continue to raid and reap off customers through their current billing system which is not transparent but also pinching. The discos openly claims they have metered the transformers and that it's based on what they captured from that point that they end up sharing for customers. This billing system only serves to alienate the registered customers due to over billing at the expense of the unregistered service users on the grid, this invariably implies that those who are registered are forced to pay for the unregistered user.
